1. Agreement
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you and Qualisure Software Solutions, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) for use of the iDraw for Kids application (the “App”). The App is designed for young children and is intended to be installed and managed by a parent or guardian. By downloading, installing, or using the App, or by completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms.

2. Who may use the App
Children may use the App’s drawing and learning features under adult supervision as appropriate for your household. Adults are responsible for App Store purchases, subscription management, device settings, and parental controls.
3. License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, solely as permitted by the App Store terms and these Terms. You may not reverse engineer, copy, rent, or redistribute the App except as allowed by law.
4. Subscriptions and free trials
The App may offer an auto-renewing monthly subscription, which may include a free trial when configured in the App Store. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase (or at the end of a free trial, if you do not cancel before the trial ends). Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the rate shown by Apple.
Manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings (device Settings or App Store account subscriptions). Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription by itself. Purchase flows in the App are intended for adults and are protected by a parental gate. Prices and trial lengths are displayed by Apple before purchase and may vary by region.
If Family Sharing is enabled for the subscription product and by the organising family, access may be shared according to Apple’s Family Sharing rules.
Refunds are handled by Apple under Apple’s policies. Payment processing is performed by Apple; we do not collect or store payment card details.
5. Content and conduct
The App provides educational drawing content and stores drawings locally on the device. You are responsible for how the device is used. Do not use the App in a way that violates law or Apple’s terms.
6. Intellectual property
The App, branding, audio, artwork templates, and software are owned by Qualisure Software Solutions, LLC or its licensors. Drawings a child creates remain the child’s (or family’s) content as between you and us for everyday use on the device; they are not uploaded to us by the App.
7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The App is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for claims arising out of the App or these Terms is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the App subscription in the twelve months before the claim (through Apple) or (b) zero if the App was free and no subscription fees were paid. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases our liability is limited to the maximum extent allowed.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version at this URL and updating the “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms where permitted by law.
